Shattered Shield <–Watch Here

Shattered Shield is a perfect example of how our federal government sets you up to fail.

In the beginning, there were two cops. Partners that seemed to be the main antagonists. As they were put under a microscope and became subject to investigation, their senses, and temperaments were heightened negatively. As soon as the undercover agent was introduced and they started looking for a warehouse in which they needed the drugs to be guarded the 2 bad cops called upon their fellow officers who were not involved to begin with but I assume were offered a pretty penny to guard something they may not have even known what was. Would these officers have even become involved in misconduct had they not been enticed to? As the investigation continues the officers start to complain that their vehicles are not sufficient to keep watch in. This is when the feds go “Oh my gosh the golden ticket to listen in and really nail down who’s involved!”

In my mind right then I thought oh my gosh they are right!  All they got to do now is either look into the cars and do lab tests on which cars have the same dirt and debris in them or see which cars are fueling up near the warehouse and who drives them and they have got what they need!

But no. of course not. The investigation continues for another few months. During this time a woman who files a police report against the main ring leader of the officers is set up in a hit. She is shot point blank. I thought wow if they had wrapped up the investigation when they could acquire all the evidence, they needed then those cops would have been convicted and that woman would still be alive to this day. Instead, the government wasted time, resources, and money on providing a vehicle with wiretaps inside. To me, this seems like a complete invasion of privacy. Why is our government allowed to go to these lengths to convict someone? The worst part is that this is exactly how they are still executing their missions today. By stalking an individual and recording everything they do. By having a ploy on the inside to manipulate the way the individual conducts their business and puts them in situations they never would have been in, to begin with. This is wrong. If you set someone up to fail, odds are that of course they will fail when they are already so deep into it that if they could have gotten out already, they would have.

I propose we make a difference in someone’s life as a good example. Not a bad one. Why can’t we reach a hand out and say hey bud I see you are going down the wrong path and here is my card if you decide you could use some guidance. If the person persists then alright punishment may be necessary. But when someone already is low it’s extremely difficult for them to have enough self-worth to get out. If you follow someone around and stalk and persuade them down the wrong path long enough, you’re going to find multiple reasons you can convict them

The feds can sit around and stalk you as long as they like. There is no cut-off as to when they need to wrap thing up. If there is enough probable cause then they are overbearingly immense with their Watching. I have been through this so I know first-hand the way they operate. It’s completely unconstitutional.
