What is the goal of the system?
Police are typically responsible for maintaining public order and safety,
Enforcing the law, detecting and preventing, investigating criminal activities “policing”
There 2 primary goals would be
1.) Maintaining order
2.) Protectors: Life and Property
Qualities of an officer must include:
Humanity,
Integrity,
Professionalism,
Courage,
Duties Include:
Protect life and property through enforcement of laws and regulations.
Proactively patrol Assigned Areas.
=
Actively Force issues in assigned areas.
Conduct preliminary and follow up criminal and traffic investigations.
My View
Have you ever tried to force someone to do something? How does that work out?
Result:
When applied at inappropriate times, force is extremely unnatural . Physically causing your body to go into instinctive fight or flight mode.
Force Definition:
Moral strength
Capacity to persuade or convince.
An individual or group having the power of effective action.
Police Force= Force
Violence compulsion or constraint exerted upon or against a person or thing.
Verb:
To do violence
To make or cause through logical necessity.
Conclusion:
What we once believed to be logical in our pursuit for happiness, fairness, equality, humanity, and our integrity as communities has been tried and tested to the full extent. It is not working. It is doing more harm than can be fathomed on both officers and citizens. It is time to work together to implement a new system. New strategies. It is time to rewrite the laws of justice into something that our hardworking policeman can be happy with as well as the citizens that are being forced to abide by these laws. I want 100% of people involved to feel worthy, needed, and heard.

COMING SOON: just how ineffective and hypocritical policing truly is, resulting in emotional turmoil for those enforcing and those enforced.
Soon I will have a proposal on how to unite the local police and the citizens. With hopes to open eyes on who we should be holding accountable…
